Seastar group was founded in 1998, as the headquarters which is located in the CBD of Futian district of Shenzhen. It has more than 10 subsidiaries and thousands of employees, covering many international and domestic core cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuxi and Malaysia. The company successfully achieved A-share listing in 2007, which is the first EMS (electronic product manufacturing service) listed company in China with stock code 002137.
Shenzhen Seastar Technology Co., Ltd., one of the subsidiaries of Seastar Group, is headquartered in Shenzhen and has a subsidiary in Wuxi --- Wuxi Seastar Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Seastar Lighting). 
 

Seastar Lighting is located in Hongshan, Wuxi, in the border area of China’s economically advanced cities Suzhou and Wuxi. The base covers an area of 43,000 square meters with convenient transportation. Our company is a national high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and service of residential lighting, travel lighting, intelligent control, EMS and other series of products. We has introduced world's advanced manufacturing technology and high-precision equipments, with professional capabilities of research & development and vertical integration, striving to build a first-class Internet of Things intelligent manufacturing factory in LED industry.

In October 2020, China Sea Star began to plan to invest in Malaysia, and it is expected that the Malaysia company will start operations in April 2021. Located in the heart of Johor Iskanda, Johor Bahru, Malaysia is home to an international community of multinational corporations and leading local businesses. The strategic location and proximity to the port of Tanjung Pelepas as a container port in Johor Bahru, Malaysia allows us to shorten delivery time and optimize logistics and uninterrupted material supply, which provides us with the greatest value.
